A lot of people are doing gratitude challenges this month, and this is my form of it because doing these forms of exercise regularly gives you a sense of appreciation for your body in a gentle, calming, very personal way and I want to love on my body because my body is amazing and can do incredible things!
This is a great challenge to head into the holiday season!
