I am being completely honest here.
And this totally happened.
My kids are better at refusing things they don't like than I am. I could learn a lot from them I think. And I'm sure I would be healthier if I just listened to what my body tries to tell me sometimes.
I also need to address the psychological factor of not wanting to waste food. I think that gets me in trouble too.
Things to be aware of I suppose...
