Skeleton leaves are the veins and spines of the leaves when the fleshy green parts are gone, if that makes sense. I could probably google it again and get you a better definition but oh well!
We found a really cool experiment that was going to help us make skeleton leaves. We ordered the supplies we needed and followed the directions to a TEE. It was going to be a great way to show and demonstrate how plants get and distribute their nutrients or something!
But it didn't work. Our leaves were stubborn and the green fleshy parts didn't want to dissolve. :(
So experiment gone WRONG!
You could probably easily make your own puzzle by printing out a cute picture into strips and numbering them by whatever skip counting you are working on!
Until next time, my friends!
